Had a great experience at your Harrow branch on the 25/08/23.The staff who assisted me with purchasing a pair of Jordans were really helpful, friendly and polite and made shopping at Jd sports a pleasant one. Think they should be acknowledged as my experience at your Watford branch was the complete opposite. Staff there have a serious attitude problem and make you feel like your an inconvenience Well done to your Harrow team,their customer service was Brilliant!

Lots of stock in the store. Fairly empy most of the time. Staff not really plentiful nor engaged so it's fine if you know what you want, prior to going in. It worked for me. I was super happy to find the specifc cap in the colour i was looking for here. The s5aff were helpful when found ao what can i say 100%

Just went in to buy a few things and was faced with absolutely disgusting behaviour from one staff member - Asst: 014, Clerk: 007. One of the items which I was purchasing did not have a barcode on it, this cashier asked me to go and find a new one and bring her the barcode. Correct me if I am wrong, but are they not paid to do these things? I declined and asked if she can ask one of her colleagues who were just walking around as the store was not at all busy, within seconds another member of staff bought the item over for scanning. Needless to say the cashier was annoyed and forgot how to use 'please' and 'thank you'.....simply grunted..."do you want a bag?", "take out your card". JD train your staff or at least reprimand them for providing useless service!!!

Visited Harrow JD today for an exchange and staff were very efficient and helpful! Having 3 teenagers I’m always in JD for their clothes and footwear so I’ve been to quite a few but this Was probably the best JD store staff I’ve encountered ! Keep up the good work

I was here yesterday to buy an adult blue tracksuit that I had seen online. I showed a member of staff a picture to see if they had it in stock. He proceeded to pick up a child’s multi colour tracksuit and asked me what size!?! Obviously i reminded him that I was looking for an adult tracksuit. Anyway they didn’t have it so I asked if they could find out which store did have it but they couldn’t do that either. I then opted to buy it online and one of the team went online and said it was out of stock. I thanked him and stood outside the store and ordered it myself and it was delivered today. I’ve been to friendlier and helpful JD stores but there’s a good selection in this store.

Harrow branch service awful I placed an order for 2 pairs of trainers on 01/03/2022, I received 1 pair of trainers that I ordered but instead of my second pair I received someone else's order. I contacted customers services who advised to to return to my local store which I did (Harrow branch). When I went to the store I had to explain multiple times what had happened they finally took the trainers with the delivery note for the correct recipient, they did not give me any return documents. I still have not received my correct trainers that where missing, due to the store not answering their customer service calls or emails. I have attempted to call the store myself but again no answer. It has been almost 10 day and customer services can't send me my item till the store confirms that I returned the wrong item.
